The Stroop Game: a brain challenging color puzzle, based on the Stroop effect.

Challenge your brain by connecting colors, without ever touching the deadly color. Be careful: it's the named color that matters, and not it's display color! Use “coolers” to get rid of deadly colors whenever you need, and experiment an exhilarating feature never seen before: blow on your device’s microphone to make the symbols fly away!

This game will help you to improve your attention and develop your processing speed, selective attention, and cognitive flexibility.

This game is inspired by the Stroop Experience or Stroop Effet. In psychology, the Stroop effect is a demonstration of interference in the reaction time of a task. When the name of a color (e.g., "blue," "green," or "red") is printed in a color not denoted by the name (e.g., the word YELLOW displayed in blue instead of yellow), naming the color of the word takes longer and is more prone to errors than when the color of display matches the name of the color. The effect is named after John Ridley Stroop. The Stroop effect has been used to investigate a person's psychological capacities.
